My daily tea routine
Just like an ordinary cup of tea has now become a ritual for me at every day, it has created flashes of clarity and peace in the otherwise hasty and boisterous world. Well-crafted, this program is geared more towards both physical, mental, and emotional cleansing.
I start by sipping a glass of green tea, steeped in antioxidants, with a delicate yet invigorating taste. I breathe several times as I await its boiling. The hue shifts as the fragrance wafts through the air when I pour the boiling water over the fragile leaves just for my amusement. I find that sipping my green tea in the early silence really is something helpful.
