The Secret to My Glowing Skin
Most of the time, people would dream of glowing skin, which could only be achieved through perfect genes or heaps of skincare products piled one upon another. Years of trial and error, however, taught me that the secret to glowing skin was nothing else but holistic, including skincare routines, lifestyle choices, and a bit of self-care.
Taking Care of Oneself
Hydration is the most important factor. I always ensure that I take eight glasses or more of water during the day. Having ample water drinks keeps my skin well moistened, and its functions in detoxification allow removal of toxins, which keeps my skin looking more youthful. I concentrated on having a balanced diet containing fruits, vegetables, and healthy fats besides maintaining hydration.
